Thomas W. Tilton, D.O., received his medical training at the New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine. He completed his residency in ophthalmology at Grandview Hospital and Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Tilton who is board-certified, has many years of experience with cataract and refractive surgery. His certification in various refractive surgeries include RK since 1991, PRK since 1995 and LASIK since 1997.
